Middle East Federation for Medical Physics (MEFOMP) – Call for Nominations
MEFOMP invites nominations for the 2025 Young Scientist Award, recognizing exceptional contributions to advancing the medical physics profession.

Open to Medical Physicists in MEFOMP countries who have made notable contributions in:

• Scientific publications
• Conference presentations
• Educational activities

Eligibility:

• Under 40 years old as of December 31,2025
• Minimum MSc in Medical Physics
• Award can only be received once
• Nominee must not be a member of MEFOMP Awards & Honors or Executive Committees

Application Guidelines:

• Self-nominations are not acceptable, nomination should be done by the national Medical Physics Society or Association

• Submit the completed form and short CV before 17 January 2026 to Chair of Award & Honor Committee, Mr. Mohamed Tahlak at president@emps.ae copying Dr. Mohammad Hassan Kharita at mkharita@hamad.qa
