MEFOMP would like to announce about the upcoming event : Workshop Activity Brachytherapy Planning and QA, A Physicist Perspective in Kuwait
The workshop will take place between 7-9 November 2022 to focus on improving treatment planning and delivery knowledge with High Dose Rate Brachytherapy (HDR) and to further strengthen current HDR Brachytherapy practice for gynaecological and prostate brachytherapy. This workshop will provide up to-date knowledge in topics of patient selection, implementation of planning technique, requirement for establishing a safe and high quality Brachytherapy program and development in the field.The objective for the workshop is to strengthen the knowledge base of Junior Medical Physicists in the Middle East region for improving patient safety and quality of care. The Workshop primarily focuses on imparting the required understanding and skill sets through lectures, hands on demonstrations and active interaction
