MEFOMP contributions to the IAEA International Conference on Radiation Safety

As MEFOMP countries always contribute to international events, 6 countries from the region were represented in the IAEA International Conference on Radiation Safety: Improving Radiation Protection in Practice (Virtual event) which was held from 9 to 20 November 2020.
 
The following MEFOMP countries has participated in this conference with the corresponding number of papers or posters:

• Ms. Aayda Al Shehhi, from United Arab Emirates was member of the Program Committee and the Chairperson for Section 5 about “Applying the Graded Approach”.
• Dr Abdulla Al Haj, the Past President of MEFOMP:
  “Strengthening the radiation emergency preparedness program in Saudi Arabia, strategic approach”.
• Dr Huda Al Naemi MEFOMP President:
  “Trend of radiation safety training for Hamad Medical Corporation radiation workers”.
• Dr Hassan Kharita MEFOMP Secretary General:
  “Occupational radiation exposure for radiation workers in Hamad Medical Corporation”.
