There were two important practical clinical workshops included in the scientific program of the conference which covered two important topics about radiation safety and PET/CT quality control.
Dr. Tariq AbdulKhaliq Munshy the 8th Gulf Nuclear Medicine Conference Chair, invited all nuclear medicine scientist to attend the conference, he in his welcome note mentioned that " Molecular imaging is rapidly evolving specialty and hybrid modalities such as PET/CT, PET/MRI, and SPECT/CT are showing significant growth in technology, advancing their impact on diagnosis and treatment. "
The conference was a great opportunity for sharing knowledge and experience and updating technical skills in molecular imaging. During these two days, the conference provided an excellent environment to recognize and socialize with different colleagues of molecular imaging specialties from, the gulf region, Arab countries & other countries. This year, a group of distinguished international, regional, & local speakers were invited to address the state of the art and latest achievements and developments in molecular imaging sciences.
