For a second consecutive year IOMP celebrated the International Medical Physics Week (IMPW) 2021 in April from 26 - 30 by series of webinars dedicated to various professional, educational, and organizational aspects of Medical Physics.
The main purpose of the International Medical Physics Week (IMPW) was to motivate organization of activities in a defined week that result in the promotion of the subject of medical physics globally. All regional and national organizations participated by organizing relevant activities taking into consideration pandemic restrictions. The ‘IOMP School’ organized a series of webinars to celebrate the IMPW 2021 for professionals with a thirst for knowledge and a broader understanding of the topic.
